The board is a really chunky butchers block and has a tapered flat surface on one side, but when flipped over the board has a large hollowed out section, perfect for pulling slow cooked meat. Made from solid teak and sourced from one of our FSC certified plantations. Scrape down the cutting board after each use To sanitise the board, you can wipe it with an antibacterial spray. Cutting board surfaces need to be protected/moisturised often with oil, depending the frequency of use (every 4 -8 weeks). This is the key to preserve colour.
