At Topstak we have eight teams of dedicated HETAS installers spread across our Cowbridge & Monmouth showrooms. As such, we offer a full installation service from inital advice, right through to installing your dream stove and full aftersales support. See our step by step guide below to get started…
- Step 1 – Visit our showrooms or click the button below to arrange a completely free home survey where we can advise you on every aspect of installing a new fireplace into your home. Following your survey, we will provide you with a full estimate.
- Step 2 – The next step is to choose your stove and the finishing details such as; fireplace surround, beam & hearth. Once you have chosen, we require a deposit and can then book in an installation date to suit you.
- Step 3 – On the day of your installation, our installers will arrive in the morning (unless stated otherwise) and will be as clean and tidy as possible, using dust sheets to cover floors & furniture.
- Step 4 – Enjoy your new stove! Following the installation, our sales team are on hand should you have any questions about the installation or using your stove.
