We’re Open…

We are delighted to announce that our showrooms are open, and operating six days a week with all our staff returned to work. Throughout lockdown Topstak has been focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers despite a ‘new normal’ including, like many, reduced staff levels.

You can expect the same friendly and safe environment you have always experienced at Topstak. As we strive to maintain business as usual, whilst ensuring the safety of our customers and employees as a priority.

Topstak has put extra measures in place, to keep our customers and colleagues well and are following all government guidelines. We would like to thank you all for their help in these strange times and for your continued support.

Our showrooms are open, subject to changes in government guidelines and localized lockdowns.

Latest COVID-19 Update Coffee Shop…

From Monday 28th September 2020:

On entering the showroom from the front door please use the hand gel and wear your face mask.  If you wish to go to our coffee shop please go to the first floor where you will be greeted by a member of staff who will give you a menu and show you to your table.  When sat at your table, your face mask can be removed and the staff will return to take your order.

Please be advised that only people from the same household are allowed to sit together inside.

Whether you are eating or having a drink, please remain seated as table service is now in place throughout the coffee shop.

If you need to wander around the showroom, always wear your face mask.

Children under the age of 11yrs are exempt from wearing a mask as are those unable to wear on medical grounds.

Please be aware that these rules will change in accordance with Welsh Government guidelines.
